Yesterday was a good day for me. I prayed as I usually do in the mornings, then showered and headed to work in my living room. I worked from home yesterday....no aggravation during the commute to work, no strangers sitting next to me, a peaceful day at work via zoom, a calm and peaceful day at home. etc. etc. My sweetheart even brought home my favorite candy from her workout and cooked a great dinner for me. In short, it was a good day that I cannot complain about. So what do we do about the good days, well just as God permits bad days to happen, he permits Good Days to also happen. So what do we do when we encounter good days? We Thank Him:
"A Psalm for giving thanks. Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations." Psalm 100:5

Prayer for today:
"Lord we come before you today, humbled and in awe and Thanksgiving for what you have done for us. Lord, we pray that our words and our actions be pleasing in your sight. We pray that you forgive our sins and heal our land. Lord give us eyes to see and ears to hear your Word which has so enriched our lives. Bring us closer to you every day so we may know fully, even as we are fully known. May we be forever Thankful to you, in praise and Glorify you forever. In Jesus' mighty name we pray, Amen.
